We take every care to ensure the health and happiness of your cat during its stay. Your cat will always arrive to a freshly cleaned and disinfected chalet, run and bedding.
At least twice daily every boarder's chalet is thoroughly cleaned and their bedding checked, water bowls cleaned and refilled and litter trays changed.
Our guests will be fed their normal diet as this helps them to settle in and feel at home. We are happy to cater for any specialist dietary requirements but please bring this with you.
Although we can provide all blankets, bedding and toys, if you wish to bring something that your cat is familiar with, then you are more than welcome to do so.

All medications can be administered to your instruction as we understand this may be under a strict regime.
The cattery is attended 24 hours a day 7 days a week so we can act immediately in the unlikely event of illness or accident.
If your cat needs to see a vet while it is staying with us, we will always endeavour to visit your usual vet. Sometimes this isn't possible and in those circumstances we will use our own vets.
